Pronounced "Youth-throw", this dilemma is something that Plato came up with and in his words the dilemma is;
"Is the pious loved by the gods because it is pious, or is it pious because it is loved by the gods?"
This is a very complicated dilemma that a lot of people have different opinions to. Many philosophers have spent many years trying to right the right solution but none have ever found it. Not only is this dilemma extremely controversial but it can also be applied to any situation.
E.g.
"Is what is morally good approved by GOD because is is morally good, or is what is morally good, morally good, because it is approved by GOD?"
