Relativism is a point of view that every single person's view are equally true and morally right. It states that all moralities are equally good: in epistemology it implies that all beliefs, or belief systems, are equally true. This means that there is no such thing as ABSOLUTE TRUTH (categorical imperative). This is where Emanuel Kant's "Kant's axe" problem unfolds as everybody is right.

One of the leading thinkers of this relativistic viewpoint is the good old Thomas Kuhn. He thought that it is acceptable for society of have a paradigm shift (including a moral shift) which meant that the old views where still morally good, but the new things that are considered morally good are different.

With these views that everything is equal and right, there come a lot of problems. Some of these problems are:

Issue: Practicing your own religion

Impact: France has banned Scientology

Issue: Vegetarians

Impact: Change how people view one another

Issue: Bigamy

Impact: Different countries have different laws

Issue: Women's rights

Impact: Amendment to laws - Voting rights

Leader of Aus - female

Media - women treated unfairly

Issue: Discrimination

Impact: Unsettled and segregated communities

Issue: Death Penalty & Drinking Laws

Impact: State law within America

Issue: Military

Impact: Govern by country government
